abt hi! i'm kae/javi and i'm a trans, mexican indigenous artist based in Arizona. I'm currently just trying to work towards my dream job and keep on practicing my crafts.

Here is my terms of service!! By commissioning me you agree to the following list.
If you have any questions or concerns, please bring them to my attention !! I will answer or help in the best way I can.

General T.O.S

- I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission from anyone. If you harass me I will cancel and give a full refund, it will not be tolerated!
- I will not finish a commission past the finalized sketch stage if I am not payed in full. For bigger pieces like fullbody or reference i must be paid before I start.
- I reserve the rights to my artwork. This means I can post the finished product on my social medias, or use it for examples of my work.
- Commissioners have the right to the following:

○ Use your piece for personal use and non-commercial purposes. If you are planning on using my work for commercial use you'd have to let me know and we'd discuss it!○ All I ask as the artist is to not remove my watermark. Credits would be greatly appreciated if used as an icon/header, but please don't claim my work as your own.

Refunds/Payment
- I do not do refunds if the piece is finished. However I will give a full refund if I have not started or cannot finish a piece.
- Partial refunds will be given on a case to case basis, after the lineart is finished a partial is your only option if you are given the option of a refund.
- I will take money through ko-fi, paypal, or cashapp. My prices will be set in USD.

What to send me
- please provide a reference images ( picrews, outfit refs, reference sheet, face claims, etc.) For those commissioning a reference sheet, an unshaded reference would be best, but if you can't provide one let me know.
- character(s) personality/dynamics
- other details of noteKo-fi commissions
- Direct message me BEFORE you send the payment to send me references ( picrews, outfit refs, reference sheet, face claims, character(s) personality/dynamics, etc.) of what you want drawn!!
- I will message you an okay if I accept and the payment will have to be sent before I start the sketch
- Be sure to add request and your username (plus the site used for said user) to the message box of your donation for easy confirmation!

Process

1. A reference is provided by you of the character(s) you want drawn2. A sketch is drawn, and will be sent to you for fixes and approval before the next stage.3. When approved, I will send a paypal invoice! ( This differs with ko-fi commissions, which I will give the go ahead to send the payment through ko-fi via direct message or email)4. After payment goes through I'll continue working on the commission, and send you wips through the process.5. When finished I will send you a link to the final image(s)

Completion Time
Depending on the queue and when I get to you, single works will take me 1-5 days to finish unless life gets in the way. 1-5 days is NOT a guarantee!I do have a job being a caregiver. This means art isn't my full job, so please be patient with me. I am also mentally ill, which unfortunately affects my motivation/mindset. So please be aware of this when commissioning me.That being said I will not allow myself to put off your commission! I will do my best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible!If you do need me to finish by a deadline, feel free to tell me!

Adopts/Designs
- If you want to redesign an adopt/design from me, go for it! Just try to keep some remnants of the original design please.
- When reselling an adopt/design please don't overprice what it was bought for unless there is other art included with it.
